INITIAL CONTACT
After you contact us, we will send you a list of questions so that we can assess your needs. After that, we will tell you what we can do for you and go over everything together as well as provide you with realistic estimations.
CONTRACT
After we have agreed upon the project specifications, we will email you a price quote and an agreement containing our Terms & Conditions to review and sign.
INITIAL RETAINER & CONTENT
At this point the initial retainer fee of 50% and the website content (all text, photos and media) will be required before we start upon the actual design.
QUESTIONAIRRE:
During this stage we will send you another short questionnaire to ask about what style and mood you wish your website to convey. These could be questions ranging from what your corporate business colors are, to what feelings you wish your website to generate or what audience you target with your business.
Do you like holding hands and long walks on the beach? Puppies or kittens?
CONCEPT
At this point we will now provide you with an agreed upon number of concepts in a .jpg image so that you may look them over. We allow up to three emails from you making revisions before approval.
SITE CONSTRUCTION AND PREVIEW
After your approval of the design concept we will begin encoding the site pages. When we've finished with this stage, we will upload the site to our testing server so that you may look over it in a functional form and make any final changes or corrections.
FINAL PAYMENT
After the site has been tested and approved, the remaining 50% of the estimation must be paid before making the site live by uploading it to our main server or web host.
MAINTENANCE
After your site has gone live, we will offer to do the maintenance of your site for you. Should you wish to use our maintenance services, just let us know and we will make a separate agreement for that. We typically charge for our maintenance work at an hourly rate rather than a flat project fee.
